1. The Referral Agent shall receive a commission based upon the total number of students enrolling or re-enrolling in each IEC class session which have been presented to IEC by Referral Agent. Referral Agent shall be paid $500 for each new  student enrolling in a regular course of instruction. No commission will be paid on testing or other school fees.
2. Tuition fees used to calculate the commission shall be based upon the schedule published in the current IEC course brochure and supplements as of the date of student enrollment. In no case shall the commission paid be greater that the percentage cited in 1. above for the actual fee paid by the student.
3. Payment of commission for training programs not described in the official IEC course brochure or for which a student fee schedule is not published, shall be negotiated separately.
4. Only those students whose application forms bear the original signature of Referral Agent with the date will be validated for payment of commission to Referral Agent.
5. Commissions paid on fees, which are subsequently refunded to a student, shall be billed back to Referral Agent which payment, if not received within 15 days of the date of the bill back, shall be withheld from commissions owed.
6. The term of this Agreement is one year from the date of signature by both parties. It will automatically renew for successive one-year terms unless otherwise cancelled. Either party may cancel this Agreement by sending notice thirty days prior to such cancellation to the last official address known for that party. IEC retains the right to modify its classes, schedules and fees without prior notice.
